Expert articles

Become a guest author

Wingmen Experts publishes guest articles by practitioners in sales, revenue operations and process design at B2B companies. If you can show from your own experience how companies get their pipeline, handovers and systems under control, we would like to hear your topic proposal.

Send a topic proposal

Send us a short email with a working title, an outline of a few lines and a few sentences about yourself. You do not need a finished text for the first step.

Topics that fit

Our readers are managing directors, heads of sales and operations leaders at B2B companies. A guest article should answer one of these questions:

  • Pipeline, CRM and forecast

How does the pipeline become reliable, and how is CRM data kept good enough to steer by?

  • Sales execution

Where are opportunities lost between first contact and close, and how can that be fixed?

  • Handovers between teams

What happens at the handovers between marketing, sales, delivery and finance, and how can less information be lost there?

  • Systems, automation and AI

How do tools, automation and AI fit the process as it is actually run day to day?

Who writes for us

We are looking for practitioners with first-hand experience, such as managing directors, heads of sales, RevOps leads, CRM and ERP consultants or process specialists. We do not publish texts written by agencies on someone else’s behalf.

What we expect from an article

  • The text is written exclusively for Wingmen Experts and is not published word for word anywhere else, now or later.
  • Around 1,200 to 2,000 words, structured with meaningful subheadings.
  • At least one concrete example from practice. Good articles show something readers have not already seen in every guide.
  • No advertising: no product pitch, no prices and no call to buy your services.
  • Figures and studies come with a source.
  • AI may help with the writing, but the statements and experience must be your own.
  • Images and graphics only if you hold the rights to use them.
  • Every article comes with an author profile with photo, name, role, company and a short description.
  • The author profile links to your website and your LinkedIn profile.
  • Links in the text point only to sources and further reading, not to your own offers.
  • Guest articles are free of charge. We do not sell articles or links, and we do not ask for a link back.

How it works

  1. Topic proposal

You send a working title, an outline and a few sentences about yourself to info@wingmen-experts.com.

  2. Feedback

We check whether the topic suits our readers and does not overlap with existing content, then get back to you with a yes or no.

  3. Text

Once accepted, you write the article, ideally as a Google Doc so we can comment directly.

  4. Editing

We proofread, shorten where needed, sharpen headings and add suitable internal links.

  5. Approval and publication

You approve the final version in writing, and the article goes online with your author profile.

Rights

By approving the article you grant Wingmen Experts a simple, unlimited right to use it. We may update the article, mark it as outdated or remove it. You may link to the article and share it with a short excerpt. We reserve the right to decline proposals without giving reasons.
